The two-phase journey

Phase 1: Validate with AI​

The goal of Phase 1 is not to finish everything perfectly. It is to help you move from raw thinking to a clearer, more structured, and more evidence-backed direction in minutes instead of weeks.

For research with synthetic interviews, IVA creates synthetic respondents that represent your specific customer segment and interviews them so you can quickly get early signal before moving into real-world validation.

Phase 2: Take it to the real world​

Phase 2 is where you take what you created in Phase 1 and test it in real conditions.

This is where you move beyond synthetic first-pass validation and start gathering evidence from real people, refining your business model, and improving your direction over time.

In Phase 2, you typically:

  • run AI-led interviews by sharing personalized or reusable interview links
  • run AI-assisted live interviews with IVA as your co-pilot
  • import contacts from LinkedIn
  • update your business model in Builder
  • invite collaborators into your startup workspace
  • keep refining your assumptions, research, and assets based on what you learn

The goal of Phase 2 is not just to validate once. It is to keep learning, improving, and moving the startup forward with better evidence.
