How do I activate my AppSumo deal?​

After purchasing on AppSumo, use the redemption flow from your AppSumo account and follow the activation steps to connect your deal to your Icanpreneur account. Once activated, you can see your plan details inside Icanpreneur under My Subscription.

Does the AppSumo deal include lifetime access?​

Yes. The AppSumo deal gives you lifetime access to the tier you purchased, according to the deal terms and the features included in that tier.

What is included in each AppSumo tier?​

Each AppSumo tier includes lifetime access, a monthly AI credit allowance, and a set number of seats.

At a high level:

  • Tier 1 includes 1 active startup workspace, 1 seat, and 8,000 monthly AI credits
  • Tier 2 includes unlimited active startup workspaces, 3 seats, and 20,000 monthly AI credits
  • Tier 3 includes unlimited active startup workspaces, 5 internal team seats, and 40,000 monthly AI credits

All tiers include the core Icanpreneur experience. Higher tiers mainly increase capacity and team access, while Tier 3 also includes features for handing off startup workspaces to clients and earning referral revenue.

What does "project" mean in the AppSumo tiers?​

On AppSumo, "project" means a startup workspace in Icanpreneur.

A startup workspace is the dedicated place where you build, validate, and grow one specific idea, business, or growth opportunity.

How do AppSumo team seats work?​

Seats determine how many people can collaborate under your AppSumo tier.

  • Tier 1 includes 1 seat
  • Tier 2 includes 3 seats
  • Tier 3 includes 5 internal team seats

Tier 3 seats are intended for your internal team and are especially useful if you work with clients, advise startups, or run validation and strategy work for others.

Can I buy add-on AI credits on top of my AppSumo plan?​

Yes. You can buy add-on AI credits on top of your AppSumo plan to give yourself a larger credit pool for more extensive work.

Do AppSumo customers get future updates?​

Yes. AppSumo customers keep lifetime access to the tier they purchased. Updates and improvements to features already included in that tier stay included. Completely new add-ons, separate offerings, or higher-tier-only capabilities may require an upgrade or separate purchase.

What is 1-click workspace transfer?​

1-click workspace transfer is a Tier 3 feature that makes it easier to hand off a startup workspace to a client after helping them through validation and strategy work.

What is auto-referral?​

Auto-referral is a Tier 3 feature that gives the Tier 3 user 15% revenue share on the first 12 months of billing for qualifying customers they refer, according to the program terms.
